The American Freedom Law Center (AFLC) fights for faith and freedom by advancing and defending America's Judeo-Christian heritage and moral foundation through litigation, education, and public policy programs.

Litigation 

AFLC prosecutes cases to advance and defend religious liberty, freedom of speech, the sanctity of human life, and the traditional family. 

AFLC crafts litigation to promote limited government, a renewed federalism, and a strong national defense, which includes the right of private citizens to bear arms. 

AFLC engages the enemy with offensive "lawfare" to defend our national sovereignty and to fight stealth jihad in all of its forms. 

• Religious Liberty. In his farewell address, George Washington proclaimed that "Religion and Morality" were indispensable supports to America's political success. Today, secular progressives have declared war on our Judeo-Christian faith and morality. AFLC is fully engaged in this battle for the soul of America. 
• Freedom of Speech. Secular progressives want to silence the religious voice of our Nation. AFLC fights to ensure that the faithful have a right to meaningfully participate in the public debate to shape public policy. 
• Sanctity of Human Life. The right to life is the most fundamental right endowed by our Creator. AFLC aggressively fights to preserve and defend the sanctity of human life from its very beginning until natural death.  
• Traditional Family. The traditional family, which is the foundation of a healthy society, is under attack by progressive liberals, who seek to redefine marriage to promote their destructive agenda. AFLC vows to fight for marriage and the family. 
• Renewed Federalism. Our Founding Fathers rightfully concluded that allocation of powers between the federal government and the states enhances freedom, first by protecting the integrity of the governments themselves, and second by protecting the people, from whom all governmental powers are derived. 
• National Defense. AFLC supports a strong national defense and opposes the liberal agenda that undermines the strength of our military through social engineering and political correctness. 
• Offensive "Lawfare." Sharia-adherent Islamists are waging a war against our Nation and its Judeo-Christian principles reflected in our Constitution. AFLC will aggressively attack this agenda in courts all across the country. 

Education 

Through twenty-first century web-based tools and multi-media platforms, AFLC equips a new generation of faithful Americans with the knowledge and resources to fight this battle beyond the courtroom. 

Public Policy 

AFLC engages in innovative policy research to inform political discourse shaping the public debate on issues critical to its mission.
